Proform Carbon T10 Treadmill Review
By J. Maki
Overview
The upper end model of the Proform Carbon series, the T10 includes a few more perks than the T7. But we are not talking game-changing upgrades here.
What’s Different?
While the majority of the T10 is identical to the T7, there are elements that set it apart, including the motor, display, built-in fan, and a free subscription for 1-year to iFit. Let’s take a look at these improvements.
First, the motor is slightly more powerful at 3.0 continuous duty horsepower, in comparison to the T7’s 2.75, though this does not make the T10 better suited for higher-intensity/mileage exercise.
Next, the display is a few inches bigger at 10” as opposed to 7”, providing a larger viewing space to enjoy the on demand workouts and virtual running settings through iFit, which is also provided for free for 1-year with the purchase of the T10.
Finally, if you want to keep cool, the T10 has a built-in fan that can come in handy during your workouts.
Are these differences much to write home about? Not really. But, if you are debating between the T7 and the T10, the prices are very close and comparable, that the T10 may be the best way to go.

What’s the Same?
Everything else. The running belt is the same size, model dimensions are identical, same number of preloaded programs, and on and on. Like the T7, you can also fold it up and roll it to a destination that frees up space in your home.
If you’ve read the review on the T7, this review probably feels redundant to you. If you are looking to decide between the T7 and the T10, if the few improvements are shiny enough for you, then the T10 may be for you. But at the heart of it, they are nearly the same treadmill: built for low to moderate intensity exercise.
If you are looking for something that can handle more of a pounding, there are several other ProForm models to choose from.
What is unique about the Proform Carbon T10 Treadmill?
Like the T7, the touchscreen, high-definition screen is a nice touch and makes the iFit experience enjoyable. And at a slightly bigger screen size at 10”, the T10 has a slight advantage over the T7 (and I mean slight).
What is the Proform Carbon T10 Treadmill missing?
As the upper model in the Carbon series, you’d expect a larger running belt or a bit of a stronger motor, but you get none of these with the T10. A bit disappointing.
