ProForm Smart Pro 9000 Treadmill Review

ProForm Smart Pro 9000 Treadmill Review

By J. Maki

Overview

A very solid treadmill across the board that can accommodate any fitness goals, all while delivering convenience, comfort, and a fair price. If you are looking for a commercial-grade treadmill space-sensitive enough to fit in your own home, the ProForm Smart Pro 9000 should be at the top of your list of considerations.

Let’s Start with the Insides

The Smart Pro 9000 is built for your workouts, no matter how intense and/or consistent they are. With a 4.0 continuous duty horsepower motor, the Smart Pro 9000 can handle your output and keep going. Couple that with a sturdy frame that can handle users up to 300 pounds, and what you have is a treadmill perfect for high-mileage individuals.

And on top of that, it is still convenient. Despite its heft (320 pounds) and spacious running deck, the Smart Pro 9000 can still be folded up and rolled away for storage. You won’t find too many treadmills of this size with this type of capability.

It’s Technology You Want?

The 9000 has it. Not only do you get a free 1-year subscription to iFit, but this model is also equipped with a 10” high definition touchscreen display to provide you with the engaging on-demand and live workouts in virtual environments. While the screen could be a bit bigger, this is still a great feature of the 9000.

You can also connect your own smart devices and tablets and place them in the integrated accessory tray so you can stream your favorite shows or listen to music. The Smart Pro 9000 gives you those options.

Throw in the ability to adjust not only the incline, but the decline as well, and you have a great treadmill that you should investigate if you are ready to make a true investment in your health and wellness.

What is unique about the ProForm Smart Pro 9000 Treadmill?

That it’s a paradox: sturdy and robust, yet portable and convenient. The best of both worlds.

What is the ProForm Smart Pro 9000 Treadmill missing?

For the price, I’d like to see the display screen size a bit larger than 10”. This would enhance the enjoyment of the workouts provided by iFiti.
